We’ve hit the ground running in 2020 with major works progressing in all stages!

Gravid & Phipps Release:
– minor delays incurred due to a delay in electrical trenching approvals. Fortunately, this was resolved quickly and electrical trenching is now currently proceeding and is 90% complete.
– Road base construction & kerbing to commence once electrical trenching is complete
– Titles expected May/June 2020

Vineyard Precinct – Release 1:
– Sewer installation is currently in progress
– Once complete, work on internal drainage will commence
– Drainage is currently being laid as part of the Farm Road upgrade.
