Lot 13 Hot Lot Promotion

1. Participation Requirements

1.1 To participate in the Promotion, you must:

(a) sign a contract of sale of land (in the form to be provided by the Promoter) on Lot 13 and pay the full deposit required under the Contract of Sale during the Promotion Period;

(b) comply with all terms and conditions set out in the Contract of Sale at all times prior to settlement; and

(c) complete settlement in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Contract of Sale.

1.2 Participation in the Promotion is open to individual and entity participants, participation is only available to individuals who are over 18 years of age and residents of Australia.

1.3 Unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter, a participant is not eligible to receive the Promotion Benefit on more than one Contract of Sale and the Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion being offered by the Promoter.

2. Promotion Benefits and Conditions

2.1 A participant will receive their $5,000 VISA Gift Card within 60 days of settlement of the Contract of Sale.

2.2 Gift cards are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or substitute the gift cards or any component of the gift cards in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.

2.3 Issuers of the $5,000 VISA Gift Card have their own terms and conditions governing the use, expiry, and transferability of their gift cards. The Promoter makes no warranty as to the terms contained in the issuer’s policies. Participants must make their own enquiries with the issuer of a gift card.

2.4 Once a gift card is provided in accordance with clause 1.1 of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter is not responsible for the expiration or cancellation of a gift card.

2.5 The Promotion Benefit is only available on select lots as determined by the Promotor.

2.6 The Promotion Benefit is not redeemable for cash and shall only be applied in the manner set out in clauses 2.2 and 2.3 of these Terms.

2.7 Despite any term to the contrary, a participant who does not do all things reasonably necessary to effect settlement of the Contract of Sale on the original settlement date as defined in the Contract of Sale, will not be eligible to receive a $5,000 VISA Gift Card.

2.8 Despite any term to the contrary, a participant who is granted an extension to the original settlement date as defined in the Contract of Sale, will not be eligible to receive a $5,000 VISA Gift Card.
